Vantage Works AI is a service of Success Scholars LLC, 4321 Balboa Ave #1397, San Diego, CA 92117. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with anyone for any purpose.
What we collect
When you contact us
Your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message. We use it to reply to you.
When you call a business that uses our service
The phone number you called from, the number you dialed, the time, and whether the call was answered. If the call goes unanswered we use your number to send you one text message, and we pass your number and the content of your messages to the business you called, because they are the ones who need to help you.
When you use this website
Basic analytics through Vercel Analytics: pages viewed, approximate region, and referring site. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not build profiles of visitors.
How we use it
- To reply to you.
- To deliver the service the business you called has hired us to run.
- To keep records the law requires us to keep.
That is the complete list.
Who we share it with
The business you called, because the entire point is that they can get back to you. Beyond that, only the service providers that make the service run, and only so far as they need it:
- Twilio, which carries calls and text messages.
- Resend, which delivers email notifications.
- Vercel, which hosts this site and our applications.
These providers act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, and we never share phone numbers or messaging consent for third party marketing.
How long we keep it
Call and message records for up to 24 months, so a business can look up an old conversation. Contact form submissions for as long as we are working together, or 24 months, whichever is longer. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving them.
- Email hello@vantageworksai.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
- California residents have rights under the CCPA to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
Children
This service is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access is limited to the people who need it to run the service. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if something happens that affects you.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and post the new version here before it takes effect.
