Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of vantageworksai.com and the services provided by Vantage Works AI, a service of Success Scholars LLC. Using the site or the services means you accept them.

What we do

We build websites and automations for small businesses, and we operate communication tools on their behalf, including the text messaging program described on our SMS Messaging Program page. The specifics of any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement with that client, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with anything here.

If you received a text from us

You are not our customer and you owe us nothing. You called a business that uses our service and they were unable to answer. You can reply, or you can reply STOP and hear from us no further. See the SMS Messaging Program page for the full description.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site or services to:

• Break the law, including telemarketing and messaging laws.
• Send unsolicited messages to people who have not contacted you.
• Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent who a message is from.
• Interfere with the service or try to access parts of it you are not entitled to.

Clients are responsible for having proper consent for anyone they message through our tools. We may suspend a service immediately if we believe it is being used unlawfully.

Fees

Project fees and any recurring charges are set out in the written agreement for that engagement. Recurring services continue until either side cancels in writing.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you give us: logos, copy, images, data. You give us permission to use it as needed to do the work. Once a project is paid in full, the deliverables produced for you are yours.

No guarantee of results

We will do the work described in your agreement. We do not promise specific business outcomes such as revenue, rankings, or lead volume. Text and call delivery depends on carriers, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the services after a change means you accept it.
