Vantage Works AI, a service of Success Scholars LLC, operates a text messaging program on behalf of the businesses we work with. This page describes exactly how it works, because you should be able to read it before you ever receive a message from us.

How you join

You opt in by calling a business that uses our service. If nobody at that business is able to answer your call, we send one text message to the number you called from, so you can get help without waiting on hold or calling back.

There is no sign-up form and no list. We do not add your number to anything. We do not buy, rent, or import phone numbers. We only ever text a number that called a participating business.

Consent is not required to be helped

Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase and is not required to receive service. If you would rather not be texted, reply STOP to the first message, or simply ignore it. The business still returns your call, still answers your voicemail, and still serves you exactly as it would have. The text is one more way to reach them, offered after a call they could not answer. It is never a gate in front of the help you called for.

What you will receive

One message after an unanswered call, identifying the business you called and inviting you to reply. If you reply, you may receive further messages from that business as part of that conversation, the same way you would in any text exchange.

One message per unanswered call, plus any replies in a conversation you start. Frequency depends entirely on how often you call. We do not send scheduled, promotional, or recurring messages through this program.

Cost

We do not charge you anything. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message and you will be unsubscribed immediately. You will receive one confirmation message and then nothing further. You can also reply QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE.
